In line with the upcoming 76th Commencement Exercises on June 28 and 29, 2024, please note the
following safety and traffic advisory:

I. Security

  1. Strict implementation of security checks will be observed for all people entering the
    campus. (passing at walk-through, metal detectors, bag inspections, others)
  2. Thorough inspection of vehicles entering the campus will be observed.

II. Traffic

  1. Entry and exit of pedestrians will be allowed in Gates 1 and 2.
  2. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Parking Spaces shall be on the following areas only:
    a. Ground Parking in front of the library
    b. Road Parking in front of Library, HS Bldg., Stud. Pavilion and Engineering Bldg.
    c. Parking Area beside the Covered Courts
    d. Parking Area between Sports Palace and Engineering Bldg.
    e. Parking Area in front of Engineering Bldg.
  4. Parking in front of the Sports Palace shall be reserved for the guest, security and
    emergency personnel (PNP/BFP/EOD) and university vehicles.
  5. Road parking in front of AMS and JH Buildings are not allowed until the end of the
  6. Entry and exit of vehicles will be at Gate 1. Gate 2 will also be utilized for exit of vehicles,
    however said gate will be closed during the processional, and will be re-opened after.
  7. Once the processional has started, entry of vehicles will no longer be allowed at Gate 1.
    Immediately after the processional, Gate 1 shall be reopened.
  8. Once all parking spaces are occupied, entry of vehicles will no longer be allowed.
