Prof. Janet has been a dedicated Physical Education teacher since 1991, and through the years, her journey has been defined by passion, discipline, and commitment to her craft. Her significant role in the University Dance Club and Majorettes has allowed her to mentor countless students, not only in mastering choreography but also in embracing the values of teamwork, perseverance, and cultural pride. As a proud member of the Philippine Folk Dance Society, she has dedicated herself to preserving and promoting the rich traditions of Filipino folk dance, ensuring that each performance tells a story of heritage and identity.
With 36 years of experience as a certified fitness trainer, Prof. Janet continues to inspire people of all ages to live healthier and more active lifestyles. Her influence extends beyond the university as the founder of the Naga City Fitness Enthusiasts, established in 2009 a community she built to bring together individuals who share the same passion for movement, wellness, and camaraderie.
